yep...lets see how long that last...my Diesel has variable compression already...its called a turbo charger :)

There is absolutely nothing in that article that applies to diese engines used im full size trucks for towing purposes. This is strictly an eco car play.

Good days are coming for engines.

The statement "Nissan says the engine makes sense as a four and not a V6 or V8" pretty much limits it to small cars. Don't think we will be towing a large trailer or driving a MH with one anytime soon.

Seems like neat technology. Also looks like a lot of moving parts.
