Nothing unless you have it heat wrapped.

Disconnecting it and draining it at night helps. Parking so the hose gets sunlight during the day keeps it from freezing during the day.

What kind of device is heat wrapped?

The way MOST prevent water hose freeze up is to remove it and put it into storage. Fill your fresh water storage tank and use water from there while weather is cold.
