If you don't have the WH bypass kit, it's well worth it to install one. Once installed you simply turn the bypass valve, put the hose in the AF jug and turn the pump on.
Or as I do, you could just blow out the water lines with compressed air, no antifreeze to get rid of, just sterilize your water system and go. The only antifreeze I use is in the drain traps.
