- Butch50ExplorerNot that it is going to influence your decision as it has already been made but just wanted to tell you that when we had our AF1140 we ordered it with the roll over sofa as we wanted a more comfortable place to sit than at the dinette. Anyway what I did is take out the big long table that was in it and then I got 2 butcher block cutting boards and added the same bracket to the bottom of them and then used the existing table legs for them. Makes 2 small tables for us and didn't have to mess with the big table when we wanted to relax without anything in front of us.
Congrats on the new camper. - Mello_MikeExplorerCool! Looking forward to seeing it.
- More2ExploreExplorerWell the moment of truth is here!!! After 4 months and 8 days from the day I placed the order I'll finally be seeing a Wolf Creek 850 in person and it will be mine!!! All the anticipation and waiting are about to pay off! Will post a picture of the "sofa" that started this whole thread.
- trail-explorerExplorerLEDs weren't an option back when I purchased, but I upgraded everything with lights from here
Rollover sofa wasn't an option back then either. Dinette only provides seating comfort for a limited amount of time. - bobndotExplorer IIAS i look at the floorplan of the 850, im guessing the tv goes inside the drivers side cabinet of the cabover.
I think i would buy a thin 22" flatscreen and mount it on the outside of the cabinet door directly above the sink. It could be easily viewed from the sofa as well as the cabover bed, saving you the tv cabinet for additional storage space.
Best of luck with your new 850,
Bob - trail-explorerExplorerFor long term sitting comfort, the rollover sofa will be a winner in that regard.
- Mello_MikeExplorerWow, that's a bummer. Sorry you have to wait so long. I noticed the new Wolf Creek's have updated exterior graphics. The new graphics are a big improvement over the graphics on my 2011.
If you get the opportunity get yours with the bumper and Fox Landing. I wish mine had both. - More2ExploreExplorerMello Mike,
To answer your questions on the options I went with:
The roller over sofa which started this whole thing!
Passenger side ward in cab over
5cbf frig
Big drawer under oven
Shortbed boxes
outside shower
Bunk over dinette
Elec jacks
Extra propane
Roof rack and ladder
Side and rear awnings
They offered a "special options package". At $1000 off since it was to be the first one and included the following:
Diamond plating
Smooth roller slides on all drawers
Special monitoring panel (they had a special name for,it)
LED lighting inside and out
There was something additional I think
Oddly the Northwoods website shows this stuff as standard now!
Not really sure what is happening with mine.....will wait for more word on a delivery date. - More2ExploreExplorerBummed out today! Was expecting my Wolf Creek 850 to be delivered during the next two weeks sometime........only to learn today that the factory decided not to run mine first? The dealer called the factory and learned mine won't be coming off the line till some time the end of September!!! So I guess mine is just barely started or its still a couple words on a piece of paper. We reset the countdown today and started changing plans for this summer!!!
