Unfortunately the truck was left in neutral and when it started to roll forward with the camper attached the woman was knocked down and run over.
A fellow camper was quick to stop the truck or the man would also have been run over.

That would make more since than the way the article read. All I could imagine was a 77 YO lady lying on the ground working on the trailer while the husband stood by and handed her tools. Not trying to be funny, just the image I had
