Good build Sleepy, and appears well planned out.
I took the easy route and bought the Lance centering guides through Lance parts department and had them shipped to me.
Mind you, I've tried building things before, but admit total, or almost total, failure. Give me lumber and I turn into Barney Fife in a heart-beat. I even had problems putting four boards together to make my kids a sand box.
Now wrenches, bolts, drilling, that I can do. But I stay away from lumber, it just doesn't like me.
