Would I hurt the truck ?

Back in May we purchased a 40' 13,000 lb Travel Trailer about 10 miles from our Seasonal Site. We traded in our Motorhome. There was no way our Honda CRV was getting that thing home. After we negotiated the total cost, I told the salesman we did not have anyway to get the TT to our camp site and asked if they could deliver the camper to our site. We made sure they put on the contract and bill of sale that the TT would be delivered to our campground. We closed on the camper on a Tuesday, but they couldn't deliver until Wednesday (or we could have waited a week to get an opening for both on the same day). When we closed on the TT, the finance employee added a signed document that stated they would deliver it to our campsite.

There was no additional charge. The deliver driver set it up exactly where we wanted it. Checked that the three slides on the street side cleared the trees on that side of the camper, he leveled the camper, hooked up electric, water and sewer. He brought 4 cinder blocks to put under the stabilizers and lowered the stabilizers. He spent almost 2 hours setting everything up and refused to accept the tip I tried to give him.

This dealership knows what it means to treat their customers right. They know that if you treat customers right, they will come back. This is the second RV we have bought from this dealer and will certainly purchase from them again when the time comes.
