You choose - loaded gas or basic diesel?
If you had to buy a SD/HD truck today, what would you choose... a loaded, leather gas model or a diesel with cloth and just a few basic gadgets? Assume similar price, which is what I am finding.

First diesel was a basic diesel - 2003 2500 Ram crew cab with 8' bed. Very capable in towing with the 5.9 Cummins - but it had black vinyl seats, and no head rests in the rear. Very uncomfortable truck.
My gasser in my sig is very comfortable, and actually pulls better than the Ram. It does drink compared to the diesel.
