Ah, of all the info I could have forgotten... it is an F250, no camper package. Plenty of rear axle capacity for anything we will own and the 20's have very high load ratings. I took a basic 6.2 F250 for a weekend last month and thought it rode really well. Not much worse than my F150HD so I decided to stick with that instead of the F350 or camper package. If the need arises, I will get air bags to level it and they should ride better than helper springs anyway. With our light 1800 pin wt, I was afraid the helper springs might be harsh on the 5th pin box and frame. Plus, the box height on the F250 is only 55" before hooking up, which is the same as my F150 when I was hooked up. The 5th was a hair nose high and should be perfectly level now. Initially I was caught up in having the biggest, baddest setup but it's just not necessary.
