Personally I'd drop down south and take US 50 west, at Carson City get on US 395 to Lee Vining. I have no idea where Bass Lake is.
A good site to check for conditions in the park: Current Conditions. Tioga Pass is usually open by July 1st but not always. - donkeydewExplorernot the most scenic I-80 to Sacramento.99 south to fresno 41 to 222.

https://sierranewsonline.com - maddog348ExplorerBass lake is off HWY 41. +-60mi South of Yosemite & +- 50mi North of Fresno.
395 will get you to East side Yosemite+-. Then 120 will get you over the top to West side & access to Valley floor~ and HWY 41 South. Between Snow at high elev. & current FIRE. ALL of these roads may NOT be open.
