Unless it has changed, I used to get my local stations within a 250-300 mile radius when I used to have Dish. If nothing has changed, you should be able to get Phoenix stations in Rocky Point since it's only 170 miles away, as the crow flies.

Do a search on "Dish Network spot beam map" and look at images. According to some I found, you should be able to unless Dish locks you out due to your antenna GPS location.
