What is the best route to take when towing a 34' travel trailer from Hoboken NJ to Buffalo NY?

There is a ton of construction in Scranton, Pa and Binghamton, NY on I81 !!! I would get on I 80 west to I 180 west south of Williamsport, PA to US 15 north to I 86/17 west in Painted Post, NY then in Kanona, NY pickup I390 north to 20 west to buffalo or stay on I390 north to the New York State Thruway (toll road) to Buffalo

I would take I-80 West to I-81 North to Binghamton, NY. Take 17 West to I-390 North, then pick up 20A from near Mt Morris (sorry...don't remember the exit) west straight to Buffalo.

All 4 lane roads, except for 20A. If you don't want to take 2 lanes and go through some small towns, stay on I-390 to Henrietta, and pick up the NY State Thruway into Buffalo. Toll road though.
