Should we expect gas/diesel shortages from Nogales - PV?

Over the next few days we plan to go Nogales - San Carlos - Mazatlan - Sayulita. We drive a Sprinter RV. Anyone traveled this route recently? Will we be able to find diesel along the way? I've read of...

Due to protest that got Viloent in other parts of Mazatlan.. shortages our in the southern states of Mexico...
