Assateague State Park 2015 issue

Tried to get a jump, oh well. The following is from their site.

Important Message! {Posted: 4/9/14}:
Assateague State Park will delay camping reservations for the 2015 camping season until at least October 6th, 2014 due to the Dune Realignment Project scheduled for 2015.
We anticipate that most or all of Assateague State Park campsites will be available for reservation at the start of the 2015 season which begins in late April. However, the dune realignment project will include relocation of many of the camping loops and camp pads. This will result in the re-numbering of campsites and re-routing of campground roads.
The project is being undertaken in an effort to reduce future storm impacts, and will include relocating the southern portion of the dune approximately 115 feet to the west. The new alignment will continue northward and merge into the existing alignment between A and B loops. The project will also include installation of clay crossovers, fencing and dune grass plantings upon completion of the realignment. Affected campsites will be relocated to other parts of the campground with the total number of campsites remaining at 350. Once a final map is completed, a link will be made available to show the new numbering system and site locations.
The next update will be posted on October 6th, 2014, as we continue to monitor the progress of the project. At that time we anticipate being able to designate an opening date for inventory to be available for reservation for Assateague State Park 2015 camping season. Through our website posting, we will provide at least two weeks notice as to the date the inventory will become available. Customers will then be able to call or go online for reservations at this time.
We appreciate your patience as we undertake this significant project. Assateague Island is a dynamic system and as a barrier island, always on the move. The Maryland Park Service is working to protect the resources of the island while still providing the best access to the park for our visitors to enjoy. We look forward to having you visit us and see these improvements in 2015!
