WA or OR Coast to watch storms this winter.

Maybe I have lost my mind. . . . . :S.I want to spend a few weeks or maybe a month on the NW coast and watch the winter storms. I like to boon-dock or government camp (low cost). Any suggestion, other than to have my head examined.

2 week trip south
