Lazy Days Campground in Seffner, FL

We got 4 free nights at Lazy Days campground in Seffner, FL and decided that it might be fun. We only live 8 miles from here so it is just an opportunity to get away from the house.
We got here around 2pm and now at 6pm, it is raining big time. I have to say it is relaxing to say the least. Tomorrow, we can walk around the dealership and look at motorhomes that we won't be buying as we just bought this one 2 years ago but boy isn't it fun to look.
After traveling the USA for 3 months, it is really nice to just sit somewhere and not worry about seeing or doing anything.
  • We live about 15 miles from there and enjoy our stays. Nice to get away, even if close by. Will be there for Thanksgiving.
  • Always stop there on the way in and out of Florida (to visit friends in Ft Myers). If you think that one is nice, stop by their place in Tucson (used to be Beaudry's). Much bigger, no "parking lot" feeling, and adjacent to Camping World, and has it's own restaurant (not huge buffet). During the Winter it's a great destination during the Gem and Jewelry Show, which takes over the city of Tucson for 6 weeks!
  • soricobob, we love the Tucson Lazy Days and have spent time in their campground. Unfortunately, they are kind of far for us but when we are traveling out west, we love to go there and even though it is hot as you know what in the summer when we travel, we still enjoy our stay. Great people working there as well.
