Like said above, good sam web sites has open year round in their search. There are many in New England open year round, some on snowmobile trails. Colonel Mast in NH has an heated indoor pool and fire place in a meeting room.
If it snows they plow and sand, you just need to waste a few hours till the road is clear. Many people drive in the snow with TT.

Aces High in East Lyme is open all year with full hookups. Close to Mystic Seaport and the USS Nautilus museum.

Lots of great snow campgrounds open here in the Winter. They're not privately owned resorts though, they're state owned campgrounds. you get electric and that's it.

Bring your x-country skis, snowmobile or snowshoes!

BTW: Plymouth Plantation is open year round (love that place) and so is Old Sturbridge Village. Call them they well know where to stay.

Mystic KOA in Stonington CT. is open year round. Things to see and do there: Old Mystic Seaport is open (always a good time there). Foxwoods Casino is just 15 miles away. Newport RI is just 30 miles away too (I always have a good time there). Then there's Battleship Cove in Fall River MA. about 45 miles away. I'm heading to Battleship Cove this weekend, I'll let you know how it is. I'll be staying at Boston/Cape Cod KOA (last weekend for them). There are a lot of CGs that are open year round they just don't advertise it, You just need to be flexible and ask around, Campground usually know who's open. I can think of a dozen or more that are year round (a lot accommodate the snowmobile & sking groupe.

Not to rain on your parade but have you ever driven in the snow before? You don't show what you have for a unit but I'd be very cautious about tackling snow and ice if you've never driven in it. There's no guarantee where or when the snow may fall. If you've got the time and the ability I'd suggested storing the unit for a month or two and driving up to northern VT/ME/NH where you're much more likely to see snow early.

Although you may find some CGs open, you will probably encounter many where the water has been turned off.
