Report on Paradise by the Sea RV Resort

Question

It wasn't our first choice, which would have been a State Beach. However, because of family non-cooperation, we lost the window of when we could get SB campsite.

Reserved two nights at Paradise by the Sea. Extremely clean grounds, beautifully kept rest rooms. Had a movie one night (Frozen) but we passed. Free WiFi and Free cable. We're not set up for cable (yet) so we used the satellite.

200 yard walk to the beach. Would have been nice to hear the surf within the park, but no go.

Friendly people on staff and fellow campers. We would go there again.

How was the noise from the road and the trains?

No real noise from the roads. The train runs right next to the resort. Now we actually like the train noise and enjoy it. You may not.

Also there is a million frogs in the creek next to it. We like that too, but it was just barely loud enough for me to hear.

Love that place.... Owner is a former football star from Stanford and a pro player and his kids were all ball players. Short walk to a nice park,on-leash for dogs but no police around to see if they aren't.DON'T take them on the beach as the neighbors will call the cops,even though theirs are on it.It is also a very safe neighborhood to walk in and a couple of great restaurants down by the pier.
