- bobsallyhExplorer III forgot to mention, the previous poster mentioned private lots and there is a zillion available. It just depends if a person wants the park atmosphere or a private lot that is in a mostly residential area.
- bobsallyhExplorer IIWe are in one of the sister parks (across the street from Sun Ridge) Western Sands. Basically the four, Adobe RV Park and Sunset Palms RV Park are a like with Sun Ridge being the only one to have a pool. The three are $290 a month. The pool is the cause of the higher Sun Ridge fee. Also Sun Ridge probably has more Canadians in it for one reason or another. Power is 16 cents a KWH with a $2.00 meter reading charge. All pets must be walked out of the park. I refer to these parks as being no-frills parks. No activities director, all activities are done by volunteers. No cigar smoking room, no workout room, etc. There are plenty of activities in all the parks. Sites are fairly spacious as these parks were constructed after slides came into being. I am not familiar with the managers in Sun Ridge but do walk thru it every AM. Easy access, near Wal-Mart, banks, drug stores, and Frys Grocery Store. By the way, this is our 11th season in Western Sands. If I can be of more help just PM me.
- old_guyExploreris that plus electric? if it is you can find lots that are cheaper than that.
