Why not used a battery operated fan
Like the O2 Cool line of fans
The fold, use D cells in the base, and have a D.C. plug on the side and can use 12v from a cig outlet
Wal-Mart carries then during the summer, so do many shooting Good's stores, Amazon has them online
As cheap as $15 with out the 120v . Adapter, which you don't need
