Norcold 1200 LRIM Replacement

My Norcold 1200 LRIM hasn't gotten cold, won't get cold. I have put fans, cleaned, checked the door gaskets etc, etc. Fin temperature won't get below 33, refrigerator won't get below 50.
So, out it comes and now my options are a residential Samsung RF197 or put a Amish replacement unit in.
Problem is I need to find 5" in height for the Samsung RF197 in.
The Amish units have mixed reviews and I hate to spend $1200 and then have to do it again.

Suggestions please.
This is going in a 2005 Tiffin Allegro Bus.

Thanks for any help

No cabinet above. The cherry trim frame has a 4" upper trim. Which has been removed. The space at the bottom has the electrical panel both 12VDC and 120AC . So we are pulling the trim and cutting it down and lowering the electrical panels to give us room at the top. Basically simple once you get everything out of the way.
I have read many posts on this forum and IRV2, some people get very complicated, and too deep into something that is really just plain good planning and execution. Strong friends and good tools are essential also.

Okay no suggestions! So for anyones information:
Norcold 1200LRIM in the junk pile where it should be.
Samsung RF197 ordered. Inverter will handle it no problem and so will the 4 AGM batteries.
Lots of room to work with on width and depth. Cabinet trim will be reworked for height and new base for the fridge to sit on.
Tiffin very good about getting information from.
So, I will have a refrigerator that works, keeps ice cream hard and looks good sitting in the motorhome.
No real problems, everything pretty straight forward.
Having the right tools and friends to help is a great thing to have also. No window removal!!!!!!
