They too are junk. They offered to sell me a new one at 1/2 the cost of a new one. I would pay decent money for one that was actually built well. I love the concept.

If it is constant supply, then just get a regular hose and save your money.

I got one at 1/3 off. I bought it to use on a Y connector to have a hose with a sprayer available. It's perfect for that. I would never have even considered it to be used as a constant pressure hose.

I always thought that a white hose was to be used to supply fresh water. Maybe a search for `white hose' on this Forum would confirm that.
I like the Y connection idea.

Close...it's probably wisest to use a hose rated for drinking water. Often, but not always, these are white colored. The color of the outside layer of the hose has nothing to do with the cleanliness and composition of the inner lining and fittings, other than perhaps by convention. I have two such hoses, and I think offhand one is white and the other is light blue.

One advantage of a white or light-colored hose is that you won't be quite so likely to get hot water on sunny days after it has been sitting for awhile in the hose.

Instead of a pocket hose I use one of the roll up fabric hoses they sell at CW. works great especially in the cold weather.

IMO those things are junk, no matter what brand. I know of too many expanding hoses that failed. And it doesn't seem to matter whether they were kept under pressure or not. I have sold the darn things (probably sold a couple hundred) but I have a very low opinion of them, especially in light of the assurances of quality I received from the supplier and the customer complaints I get to hear when they return 'em.

We went through 4 of them, before giving up, they are pure junk.One bubbled up the first time I turned it on, the rest lasted about a day. Wally World just takes them back with no questions asked and refunds the money.
