2005 Holiday Rambler Presidential M-37RLT Number of Axles??

I am looking at a used 2005 Holiday Rambler Presidential M-37RLT FW that is located some distance from me. NADA and other information on the Internet said this FW has only 2 axles. The one for sale...

Standard on that model. Not sure why NADA doesn't mention it though.
