2500 HD hitch question
When I exit the office for the last time on October 1, 2017, I want to have everything ready so we can hook-up and leave. So, I'm considering buying a new hitch this summer and check that off the lis...

Tegue96 - the new hitch with jaws would be an upgrade from the current slide bar style so it would be a nice to have decision. So far as mounting goes, the grunt work is installation of the rails and frame brackets which wouldn't have to happen today for a new hitch. The hitch itself would drop into place so no real wasted effort today.
Minnow - I'm looking at it as only 2 summers to get it all taken care of cause 30 months just sounds too damn long and depressing.
Old duck - very close. My actual is 9/22.
I do see the risk of something changing on the future TV or rig which would upset planning. I mean maybe we'll finally get those jet packs that were promised in the 70's and the whole game changes.
