You must pull forward then hit auto, the nose always drops and the raises to "level" front to rear, the rear 2 or 4 deploy and level side to side. The auto works great and I'll never have another manual leveling RV. Those that are having issues are you weekend campers? When I first got the system I too had issues now 4 years later 3/4 timing for years I have no problems. Lost a circuit breaker a few months ago that shut the entire system down. Replaced & reset zero, done.

I don't know if there was a change in programming since my 2012 hydraulic 6 point Level Up system but mine sure doesn't work like some describe.

To start, do the "Return to Unhitch Height" procedure of pushing "Left" and "Right" simultaneously. This will adjust the front height *IF* the nose was above level when you unhooked (which is most cases). If the nose was low and the process fails, you will have to adjust the front using the "Front" and maybe the "Retract" buttons. You don't have to get into "Manual" mode as the "Front" button is always live.

Note that I didn't do anything to the four rear jacks. There is no need to. The system automatically adjusts them as the front of the RV raises and lowers (part of the equal pressure system). You won't bend the rear jacks by raising the front of the RV.

My system always seems the raise the nose about 1" higher than I want. I attribute that to raising the front jacks until there is a gap between the hitch and pin when unhooking. As I want the pin to be lower than the hitch when I hookup, I just manually drop the nose a bit before backing in.

Once hooked up, simply press "Auto Retract All" (notice the "All" in that label) and the system retracts all 6 jacks.

Pretty simple and foolproof.

I have had the red flashing light happen if I push "Hitch Height" and then I press it again before it starts. There is a delay before things start so it's easy to think it isn't working and you press it again causing the error. Give it a minute to start. Here's another thing to remember if you have a similar situation as I do. After unhooking where I keep my RV at the house, I have to manually lower the front legs in order to raise the rear of the RV so I can get the appropriate number of Lynx levelers under the jacks before "Auto Leveling". If I don't do that, I risk an out of stroke error. So when I'm going to hitch up and I press the "Hitch Height" button, the rear legs and stabilizers raise but the front legs will only raise to where they were when I pressed the "Auto Level" button. It doesn't go to where I unhitched. The system remembers the last position the front was at when you press "Auto Level". So I then manually raise the front legs to get to where I need to be to hitch up. The more you play with the buttons and figure out how everything works, the clearer it becomes. My main panel is all digital and touchscreen which I'm not a fan of. I'd rather have the buttons instead of having to scroll through menus to find what I want to do.

I have the 6 point with Auto level - hitch height features..

I just hit the left and right buttons and take it back to hitch height...

BTW, that height is usually NOT the same as when I disconnected for some reason, off buy a inch or so on either side of level. BUT I have the InCommand system that also works off my phone.

Once it goes back to hitch height, I back under the trailer and adjust the height with my phone from the cab of the truck.. Lock the B & W,, do a visual on the pin and do to auto retract.

I have the 6 point system too. All I do is press auto reconnect and the back jacks raise on their on and then the front jacks bring the hitch to the correct height.

Red flashing is an error message and can only be cleared inside. Most common errors are out of stroke or zero point not set, LCI speak for level. Video on operation If you still have issues reset zero, do a web search all I was able to find are PDF.

Leaving you should be able to hit the hitch height button, rear jacks should retract, the nose will go to the height you dropped the 5W at. Caveat: you must not have moved any legs after you auto set.
After thought, make sure your batteries are up, low voltage makes the system do odd things.

I have Ground Control 3.0 with a 4 point system and I just select Auto Reconnect. The back jacks come up, then it adjusts the front to hitch height.
I only use retract all if I want to verify all the jacks are fully retracted.
