Call and if you are lucky you may get a response.

OK now sit down and document in writing and with documents and pictures. Describe your issue and demand a response to the issue to fix it in a timely manner.

Send it registered mail return receipt.

Copy the dealer and send register mail.

We were denied warranty on a couple of key issues. Warranty guys said it was normal. I documented and sent pictures. Actually had pictures from the first day. Low and behold suddenly they need to take care of it. All of a sudden - all the issues we had been denied were now covered.

Now copy Berkshire Hathaway.

You should have no problem getting the number from your delivering dealer unless it's General RV.

Look online for the telephone number for Berkshire Hathaway in Omaha, Nebraska. They own Forest River RV and marine operations.

When the phone is answered, just ask to talk to Mr. Warren Buffet.

I had good experience with Forrest River. I had a problem with a tire, but this is under tire warranty not RV warranty. It was a long process to get a response from the tire company, for a Westlake tire, but I got it.

Join the Columbus RV Facebook group and ask there. They have contacts for several people at Columbus that have been very helpful

As a Cedar Creek owner I've had nothing but praise for the CC division but last summer my friend had to deal with a tire recall on his Salem and it being a Forest River product I assumed he would be treated like I have by Cedar Creek,,boy wuz' I wrong!! Simply put it was like pushing a mule up a ladder in the dark and his "no surrender" approach was the way he got things done, I'm looking forward to seeing how this Forest River division pans out, good luck!
