Flashing light question

Maybe this was mentioned somewhere and I missed it. Using the EXTRA flasher you carry,(everyone should have an extra) when you have a problem along the side of the Highway activate your makers this way FOR safety. It will alert traffic both day and night to proceed with caution---hopefully.

I did quit using awning lights too. Not because they annoy other campers, but because they simply became too much trouble to put up and take down all the time. I still like the flasher on the 4th of July! Unfortunately, on the actual 4th, this year, my camper will be parked in the drive way at home. I suppose I can flash all day and night if I want and not bother anyone since my closest neighbor is a cornfield!

As I have known many over the years, I do not think they would appreciate the implication here.

They work very hard and travel constantly for 8 months a year to make a living. It is not easy.

Also, I have found that if you get a "Commercial Truck" blinker, they make a subtle clicking noise! And if you lay it right up against the trailer frame it is just a little louder and drives the "noise police crazy!! It's not loud enough to hear through out the campground only when the light haters walk by!!

now that's taking it up a notch......if/when I do this I'm going to see if I can wire in a controller that will control the lights to music and then crank up the tunes. Should be fairly easy to do. Beat that. :D

We used to hang awning lights. Now with this stupid 2 step awning. Can not reach the edge.

So for non-flashing a 20 amp fuse it is. And for flashing an automotive turn signal unit. Can't wait to go out and make a couple adapters and next time I am out camping plug in the lights. Woowho.

I don't do it myself but if that is what you want go ahead and do it and ignore the few comments from the killjoys
