We currently have a 2009 Montana with these specs. It's listed at 10,575. We've been talking about a new toyhauler around the same length but I don't want to go much heavier though it looks like man...

17's rated at 3195ea gets you 6390 legal on the rear axle. The 'other guys' are either overloaded, or have a higher capacity tire than you or I. There is a 3450lb tire (Nitto if I remember correctly) that will get you a little more capacity. I similar 18" tire will get you around 3650lb capacity.
