Asking for some advice on our hydraulic slide. The slide is not operating properly. One end does not go all the way out. We have changed the gear including the rollers (even though it apprears fine) twice and made sure everything is tight, The teeth on the rams are not broken. The sleeves on the rams had moved somehow, and we adjusted them back to their original position and tightened them back down. We disconnect the gear, get the slide back in alignment, and get everything bolted back in place. Next time we move the slide, it is out of alignment again in the same location. Anyone have any ideas?
