Intellijack Heads Up

I have a very minor issue with my Intellijack. I contacted Intellijack directly to solve this issues. This is the e-mail response I received.
"I regret to inform you that due to circumstances beyond our control, we are forced to take the IntelliJacks product off the market. We are no longer able to provide support and spare parts. You will have to address your concerns directly with Crossroads (260.593.3850)."

I am not the OP but since I have the system it was interesting to me and am passing it along.
