Lock recall

You'd think Wesco had never heard of temp agencies... Glad I'm not in this boat.

We have not received ours either. I just tried to call the company, and the phone rang and was answered with a message stating the voice mail box was full.

I came home from work and the locks were in my mailbox. I was pleased to see they honoured my request to replace all four cylinders with the same core. Now I have one key for two doors - just makes sense. I will replace these tomorrow just in time for our maiden voyage (for 2014) on Friday!

I called yesterday and filed a claim over the phone. The gentleman took all my info and said it would take 6-8 weeks. It is marked on my calendar.

He said they were backed up.

Still can't get through to Fastec. I sent them a FAX today voicing my frustration in attempting to contact them. I stated that if I did not hear from them shortly i would file a complaint with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
