looking at this generator for my camping needs. remote electric start. Does anyone have any experience or opinions about this unit. dB levels look very respectable. Any input appreciated
Respectable db levels would be under 60 db when under a full load. Few if any of the "no name" units can attain this. Anything higher may get you some angry neighbors.
Have had a Boliy for about 2 years. Have had a couple small problems, but overall I like it. We are going to be boondocking for the next couple of weeks. Should give it a good test. Will let you know how it goes.
We are about 3 weeks off grid and the Boliy has worked flawlessly. I hope i do not jinks myself by posting this. Wish me luck. I like being able to lift it out of the truck and put it in the shade.
where are you even seeing that magna for sale at? I just tried to look up pricing and can't find any available. One thing that does stand out to me are the poor reviews I'm seeing on it. I like the power vs noise vs run time but there are quite a few bad reviews out there.
Sorry. Magna No longer available. Just discovered that yesterday. Been reading for days. Have to read through so much junk. Just discovered BERGS extended run system. Dual or single feed.Run time of a generator no longer an issue. Now have to relook at several 3000 series gennies or tandem champs. Boliy? vs tandem champs? The economics are similar. I keep missing the sales on 3000 series Champ. Buy the supergen sound reducing box to go with it. With extended run tanks and sound reducing devices a lot more options are out there
