Mor-Ryde IS
I am looking at a 2011 Mobile Suites with Mor-Ryde IS suspension. Can anyone tell me the life expectancy of the rubber portion?

- My rubber parts lasted 6 years on mine. Had a local shop replace them. New ones are heavier duty than old ones. Otherwise, love the IS suspension. Huge improvement over stock axles.

No - but MOR/ryde will give you a choice of Nev-R-Lube, Timken, etc. I've known a couple of folks who started out with the Nev-R-Lube thinking it was a good idea only to have them replaced with Timken bearings, though.They're not oil bath like truck axles, etc.

The OP is asking about the independent suspension - not the 3000 or 4000 systems.
Rob- Our 2012 5W has been to Alaska 3 times, the SE USA, The Rocky Mts., and many places in-between, and our Mor-Ryde CRE 3000 still looks good and performs well. Had new brakes installed last fall and the truck/trailer center that did the work also said all was good.

I've known of people who have had the sheer springs sent to them and the work was done by a local trailer shop (not an RV dealership).
