The brochure almost always list the weight specs for a unit with one ac and no options.
Add a second AC, and a residential fridge with extra batteries and bigger inverter - and you've lost 400-500 lbs of NCC.
Even worse - the sticker on the unit is the weight when that unit leaves the factor assembly line. Almost always the weight of the propane tanks, the weight of the battery and the weight of the spare tire are not included - so those subtract from the posted NCC to the actual NCC.
Always take your 'new' trailer straight to a set of scales before adding anything - and find the real weight and the now much reduced NCC.
Well that's a little too late isn't it. Wouldn't I want to know the true NCC before I put down 35 grand ?
