RV black tank outlet plumbing

After 4 years of ownership and many happy miles pulling the 5, I've spring a leak in the worst place. sewer...
I think it happened over winter when I forgot to drain black tank completely and it cracked a pipe. Looks like the crack runs the full length of this section. see attached.
I also noticed a U shape crack about 1/4" out from the flange OD of outlet flange exit of black tank. It was repaired with caulk in the past and I think I'm gonna clean it up and to some fiberglass/epoxy resin to seal that back up right.

As for the exit pipe between second elbow and valve, it's a about a long crack. Could I repair the same way possibly or would that kind of length be too risky to repair with fiberglass/epoxy trick?

Any other suggestions beside replacing everything?

    Just ABS and that's it?
    I think I actually have some of that when I patched my dash on my old 02 cummins that cracks dashes all the time.

    Yes it's ABS, you can use ABS or PVC same nominal dimension. PVC to ABS the glues sea foam green.

    If you can get it dry first, and it might help to lift one side or one end to do it, then apply epoxy and wrap all the way around the pipe over the epoxy to hold it there. The trick is to apply sealant, then securely wrap all the way around and well past the crack on a dry and sanded surface.

    I have no suggestion because I would replace all broken parts with ABS from Lowe's and the valve parts from Amazon. The parts are inexpensive and easier to replace than doing a patch job.

    I would do this too. Easy job and then you know you have it done right and completely.

    I’m a real fan of the Flex Seal products. I haven’t tried the tape but for $20 it might be worth a try. I’d probably put in new sections of pipe too but can see myself trying a couple things before I got there.

    This is pretty much what I think... try a few things first. Waste piping has virtually no pressure so sealing it is pretty easy. I had a leak in an ABS tub/shower drain years ago up in an impossible place to get new pipes in. I could just barely get my hand up there with a jar of ABS cement. I just gooped up the crack every time I walked by for a week and it's held for 10+ years. If nothing else you should be able to seal it up to buy some time and fix it when convenient.

    Can't hurt to try, but use clear water to test! LOL

    easy to fix though, just standard ABS sewer fittings available at any home store. You can use no hub connectors too if you want some flexibility or need to make dead head connections.
