Slide out not in sync

I have a Crusader 320RLT and I have recently encountered a problem with my slide out where upon opening or closing the one motor will stutter for a second allowing the slide to open or close slightly ajar. When the one side closes the other will remain about 3/4 in.open. I can usually push it shut by hand. Is there a procedure to recalibrate the motors to set the slide even again. The slide is my bedroom where I recently replaced the factory mattress with a heavier mattress from a spare room. I'm thinking the extra weight have thrown the motor off as the motor in question is on the bed side of the slide. Any ideas or insight would be greatly appreciated.
