Yup, I put the factory tires back on.

Finally you know the real numbers. Sorry I can't recall your truck ratings, but if the GVWR is 10k, then you have a few hundred lbs margin. And rear GAWR is likely 6200 lbs, so again close but an acceptable margin with proper inflation PSI.

Is the centerline of your kingpin ahead, center or behind the centerline of the rear axle. Very little weight usually goes to the front axle even when 2" forward of centerline.
