steps & deck

Question

We are looking at adding a portable deck and steps to our 5th wheel. We have a 2014 Mobile Suite &amp; the steps are too hard for us to safely use.  Any suggestions?

There are some companies that make "portable" decks for RVs. Google RV deck.

Several years ago I got these from Hofman RV Products

I did not get a platform. I think they still only make steel steps. From experience, I would strongly recommend getting aluminum steps/platform regardless of the extra cost. These steel steps are probably stronger, but are heavy and difficult to get into to storage bay of the 5th wheel.
