SO EXCITED!!! We traded our Motorhome for a Brand New Fifth Wheel at the Hershey Show in September. It Finally Came in and we are Picking it up tomorrow in Albany. They let us keep our Motorhome to use till we pick up the New Fifth Wheel. Just Praying there are No Rissues on the way to Albany tomorrow. We will now be PROUD owners of a 2014 Jayco Eagle Premier 375BHFS. :BCANNOT Wait! Can you tell how excited we are? Just printed out a PDI checklist. Hope all goes well. We will surely Miss our Motorhome as we made so many Wonderful Memories with our Family. Bittersweet :WWill post pics after we get it.UPDATE...After being so excited yesterday the dealership called us to say there is damage to rear of camper. They said they don't know if it was done at plant or dealership. It has been at dealership all week so my guess is when they pulled it in yesterday to prep they backed in to something. We will go there this morning and see damage and decide what we will do. Thank you for your well wishes.

Dealership just called us. Our Fifth Wheel is damaged. We will not be picking it up tomorrow. So upset. Still heading there to see the damage. I think they backed up into something. How upsetting!

Good news. Glad it wasn't as bad as it could've been, and such a deal to get the extra warranty and delivery. Now that's a good dealership!

Went and saw the Camper Yesterday. One of the maintenance guys said it was delivered like that. Looks like someone backed up into something. Not as bad as thought. Needs new skirt. It comes delivered already painted so not much to fix. I had dealership throw in an additional 5 year warranty AND they will deliver to my home when it is complete. Just wish it didn't happen and we would have been able to take it home with us.

How exciting!!! If its just the skirting then it should be a straight forward repair. Blown tires can cause skirting damage. Do you know what happened?

Thank you, we are heading out early this morning and will assess the damage. If it looks like just the skirt like they are saying then we will let them replace and deliver to us when done with an extended warranty. If it needs repairing, painting etc, then we will insist on a new one and wait the 8 weeks again :D

Just so darn frustrating!

I hope you didn't tell them you were still coming. It would be better to show up un-announced so they don't try to conceal some of the damage before you get there. That's what my last dealer would have done.....

This was my initial thought too. I'd get pics of the damage & find out how they plan to repair it. You'd be surprised how much "stuff" doesn't get repaired back to original. Sometimes better but sometimes cosmetically worse. It's your $$ so don't settle. Congratulations

Congrats on your purchase - we went from a Class A to a fifth wheel in 2004. Owned motor homes for 13 years before we changed to a fifth wheel.
