To be clear their bumper pull hitches are Made in USA use along with their loaded ball mounts, I just bought one to haul my MC trailer. Their website is a bit deceiving about their product origins. Best to contact Curt to be sure if it's an important buying decision. I can tell you they will not respond to an email.
