1994 Fleetwood Southwind Specs (especially HEIGHT)

Hi, I'm thinking about driving to look at a 1994 Fleetwood Southwind (35.6'), but I have a 11'3" height restriction and can't find a brochure to tell me if this RV is too high (I found a craigslist...

I suspect 10'4" is very close. My 95 Bounder is 10'4" tall at the top of the air conditioners.
Makes little difference weather Chevy P32 with 225/70R19.5 tires at 31.9" diameter or Ford F53 235/85R16 tires at 32" diameter.
Fleetwood gas coaches of that era all used the same body.
