Not super sure, which unit you are looking at. But NADA lists a 98 Tioga 22ft, for 9K average retail. Remember do not add in options on NADA. Thats a bit of a dealer "trick"
I have a 24ft Coachman with a slide. It appears the one you are looking at does not have a slide. Many folks do not like slides, but we certainly do. Really helps with a small MH.
Besides the usual stuff, roof issues, belts tires hoses etc. You might consider a few things about the early V-10's They are great engines but,
You can expect I would think about 10 to 11 mpg. (which is pretty good)
Some of the early V-10's had a nasty habit of spitting spark plugs, and ruining the head. So you might consider re-tourging or replacing the plugs to be on the safe side.
Ford used really cheap hose clamps, so I would replace those with regular clamps. Becuase if the clamps let go, not good. 2 of mine were rusted out after only 6 years
And they did originaly use green antifreeze, which caused some corrision issues, Later they switched to gold, so you might consider that.
