The condition is commonly called "surface checking" and is very common, especially on larger size tires.
It's unlikely that any of the "cracks" will become more than 1 mm deep and if so they will be fine. After a few more years you might notice that the cracks are getting longer and deeper. THEN is the time to think about replacement.
By all means do check the date code though, which will give you and idea of how close to watch them.
