2002 Diplomat 12 Volt Circuit Board Removal/Repair

Anyone tried to remove the large 12 Volt Circuit Board on the older Monaco units? The Board(15x10 inches) is mounted inside a plastic box, I suppose for protection from the elements, even though it is...

Is this the 12 volt panel that has all of the fuses on it? If it is it is probably burned because the headlight circuit was drawing too much current.
You could probably just bypass the socket and just solder all of the connections rather than duplicate the same socket that failed before.
