Hello all,
I have been reading up a lot on this forum lately.
Me and the wife have plans to become full timers in the future.
Have looked at several MH.
Now I have seen a 2005 Coachmen Cross Country 370ds for a very good price.
We have never owned a motor home before (pulling a rebuilt 82 airstream 34' now)
So I need your help please!
Any advise on what to look for on a unit like this? Or others.
Thanks in advance!

And btw first time posting.....

I have a 2006 cross country 382ds bought last year. It has been a very dependable vehicle so far. I made sure batteries were new before I bought it, it had new tires dot date was in 2013, oil was changed on generator and on cummins. I did buy warranty and have had 2 problems after 10,000 miles of use that I have fixed. The generator dipstick tube broke and leaked. It was a 5.5 diesel generator and new tube is reinforced where it broke. I also had the circuit board on furnace go out. Thank god we were close to rv store that had one in stock and was easy to change.
If buying from private party ask for all the records, if dealer see if they have any and inspected it. Ours came with every book. Send me a message if you have any questions.

There are lots of posts about this but I would recommend that you get it inspected by someone independent that really knows coaches.
