Okay, the Georgetown is a good looking motor home especially for the money.
With that said, don't you really need to consider the ability of the MH to withstand considerable variations in weather? I would think you need something really well insulated with double or triple windows, I'm sure the Georgetown's price point is not going to meet your needs in that regard. If you read some of the posts during the winter, there are lots of folks freezing their whatever off and asking how they can over come it. Silly people.
With your price point shouldn't you look at a really good trailer?
