210 series HWH jacks not extending

I made a mistake I have no voltage on terminal #3 the small terminal where the blue wire from the joy stick panel is connected. Terminal #1 has 12 v from the battery which is the large lug on the pump solenoid. Also disconnected the wiring harness and read 0 v on the blue wire coming from the control box(joystick). This should be 12 v also. So I think it is the light board or the CR relay in the board. I will call HWH and see if I can order a new board. When I called for technical help they said they could not get back to me for 2 weeks. Hopefully I can learn something from the parts dept.
