93 holiday rambler imperial

radiator blew out on road . shut off immediatly and towed home. i installed brand new radiator . put all back together and now the engine misfires badly. checked dipstick and no water in oil so i dont think its head gaskets. was not overheating at all before radiator blew. misfires when runs and light white smoke from exhaust. i'm stumped.
