Motorhome pricing is designed with trade ins in mind. Many people are upside down in their trades and having the new ones priced high gives them room to get you out of the trade.

I forgot to make my point in the above comment: So all new motorhomes are priced 25% to 30% higher than what they will actually sell them for. But if anybody wants to pay full MSRP, I'm sure they'll be happy to take your money!

Everything coming off the Tiffin production line is for an order. Dealers will order and pay for a small inventory, one or two! in most cases. We got ours by asking Tiffin where we could find the coach we wanted and them negotiating with the only dealer in the country (well east of the Mississippi anyhow) who had ONE. It was that or wait 12 weeks for a coach built to order. This gives them more leverage and it is rare to see better than 25% off the MSRP.

As to the actual MSRP on a Tiffin product, you can go to the Tiffin owners website tiffinrvnetwork.com, and find the actual Tiffin price list for all Tiffin coaches and options. And no you won't get 30% off on any 2016 Tiffin coach. As stated previously they are in short supply, so big discounts are not offered.

I bought my Tiffin back in 2008. So, it has been a while. Back then, you were lucky to get 25% off. Tiffin only makes so many units. And it is not enough weekly to support the demand. So, there is a long wait to get new inventory. And the dealers know they will sell the inventory they have. So, while of course you will find discounts, they are not usually what you would find on other brand name rigs.

The Tiffin dealers close to Red Bay, AL typically offer the best deals. And an even better deal if you consider ordering one.

Until the day we can get a resource to show actual dealer invoice (the net price a dealer pays the manufacturer) we have to settled for what we think is a "good deal". Unlike new cars and trucks where there are no end to Internet and published pricing guides the RV business is like a secret society. We are all at a disadvantage when entering an RV dealership. The rule to getting a good deal on a car or truck is to ALWAYS negotiate up from dealer invoice not down from MSRP. Either way just remember if financing to never, ever answer the question "How much do you want your payment to be". If you do answer you will see the sales person start salivating.

Not sure about Tiffins or why they would command a less discount than comparable models. All that being said we've always got at least 30% off anything we've bought. Given all were the current model year and were on the the lot for at least 6 months or more.

Our MH we have now was just over 30% discount. Many here will tell you the same, but you need to know the actual MSRP
