People who buy Newmar products come from all over the United States back to the factory in Nappanee Indiana to have the factory work on it!!!!!!!!
(I was just at the Newmar Factory about the two weeks ago and there were probably 30 units there to have Factory repairs done-- it's common in the motorhome industry)
I can assure you that the 30 units were not there for repairs. Some will have added features made or renovations. Many stop in for tours even though they already have one. They like to see 'what's new'. If folks are traveling through that area they just stop and chat with an employee - perhaps the one that you dealt with for months designing your motorhome. When ordering a custom coach at Newmar you really get to know the folks that build it. They help you immensely when choosing how to design it.
The Newmar network makes it very easy to get things done as you travel. You definitely don't have to return to the factory. We never returned to our selling dealer and never returned to the factory.
Sorry to Quibble----but when I was there (I was there for a number of days )--and every single owner that I talk to (and I talk to most of them)-- were there to have work done on their coach at the factory !!!!
so how is that NOT having work done at the factory huh ??????
how can you assure me that they weren't having the unit worked on ----when everyone I talked to was having the unit work done?????
I never once said that they were bad ----or that they needed WORK done ------FOR REPAIRS ON EVERY ONE ---- AT LEAST 10 people SHOWED ME exactually what WAS WRONG and THEY HAD APPOINTMENTS TO HAVE REPAIRS DONE!!!!!
they were approximately 30 units there when I was there--- I talked to at least 20 of them ---and they were there to have work done at the factory
so you are MISTAKEN:W
